With the Smart Performance Program we are offering our customers a comprehensive portfolio of rolling-bearing related products and services. They help plant operators and maintenance personnel to realise verifiable savings, increase the availability and reduce overall costs.

Our specially trained and highly qualified experts (Field Service Engineers – short FSE) have a profound knowledge of the various industries and production processes. From innovative bearing solutions to mounting and lubrication, from condition monitoring to reconditioning – the FSE offers a solution to every challenge. As a partner, the FSE will help right on location, at the customers’ plant. He is supported in this task by the Schaeffler Group’s worldwide network.
